Specifications of natural rubber
Natural rubber can be divided into standard rubber (also known as granular rubber), smoked rubber sheet, concentrated rubber, white crepe rubber sheet, light-colored rubber sheet, rubber clear rubber and air-dried rubber sheet, etc. The most commonly used are standard rubber and smoked rubber sheet. Standard rubber is divided into four grades: grade 1 (SCR5), grade 2 (SCR10), grade 3 (SCR20), and grade 4 (SCR50). Smoked rubber is divided into five grades: grade 1 to grade 5 smoked rubber sheets (RSS1 to RSS5).
Standard rubber: Standard rubber is mainly divided into grade 5 rubber, grade 10 rubber and grade 20 rubber. Grade 5 rubber is the best rubber, and its impurities are 0.05%; grade 10 rubber is the grade 2 rubber, and its impurities are 0.10%; grade 20 rubber is the grade 3 rubber, and its impurities are 0.20%. Different types of rubber have different uses: grade 5 rubber is generally used to make tire inner tubes; grade 10 rubber and grade 20 rubber are generally used to make tire outer tubes.
Smoked rubber sheet: the sheet obtained by smoking the natural rubber sheet that has been pressed to remove moisture with the smoke and heat generated by burning coconut shells. The purpose of smoking is to dry the rubber sheet and inject cresol substances that prevent oxidation and corrosion. Smoked rubber sheet belongs to the primary form of natural rubber
Concentrated rubber: can be used as bonding material.
Crepe rubber sheet:
Special first-grade thin white crepe rubber sheet
The goods delivered must be extremely white, uniform, dry and solid rubber.
Discoloration, sour odor, dust, crumbs, gravel or other foreign matter, oil or other stains, oxidation or overheating caused by any reason are not allowed.
