The development of the heat-resistant and oil-resistant chlorinated polyethylene rubber project for automotive hoses has achieved the uniformity of polyethylene chlorination, improved the elastic modulus of chlorinated polyethylene, and achieved a balance between the mechanical properties and processing properties of chlorinated polyethylene. The mathematical model of chlorination reaction process control under the new reaction system with reactor as the core is established, and DCS is used to control various parameters, thus achieving precise control of parameters.
